Welcome to portfoliocareerschool.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you and Polymath Performance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our Site, the Portfolio Career School, our Monthly Portfolio Career Coaching packages, and our integrated digital community spaces (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing our products or accessing our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from entering our infrastructure.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Our Services are engineered exclusively for adult professionals and independent enterprise operators. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that all data provided during checkout is accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your Skool account access keys and password profiles.
2. SERVICE DELIVERABLES AND PACKAGES
- Portfolio Career School (Summer Edition): A 7-week cohort experience including weekly live-fire online strategic sessions and un-gated historical master archives.
- Monthly Portfolio Career Coaching Package: A recurring subscription service yielding up to four (4) live 50-minute 1:1 strategic audits per month, along with designated direct line phone and text access. Users are permitted to purchase up to six (6) months of this package at a time.
- Custom AI Tools & Oracles: Access to proprietary AI operating systems and customized data frameworks is provided conditionally during the active tenure of your enrollment.
3. FEES, BILLING, AND AUTOMATIC RECURRING CHARGES
- One-Time Fees: The Portfolio Career School requires an immediate upfront digital payment of $999.
- Subscription Fees: The Monthly Coaching Package operates on an automatic recurring billing cycle of $1000 per month. By purchasing, you explicitly authorize Polymath Performance LLC to charge your stored credit card, Stripe token, or PayPal billing contract every 30 days.
- Multi-Month Purchases: If you elect to purchase up to 6 months of coaching upfront, you will be billed the full multi-month lump sum at checkout.
4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery of high-value intellectual capital, including immediate un-gated access to the 60-plus hour legacy archive, proprietary AI training tools, and custom enterprise frameworks, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for the $999 School or any prepaid Coaching Packages under any circumstances.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your $500/month recurring coaching subscription at any time. Cancellation will halt future automated charges, but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be granted for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All material delivered within our infrastructure—including but not limited to video recordings, text transcripts, custom NotebookLM setups, proprietary decision matrices, corporate escape frameworks, and live coaching session formats—is the exclusive intellectual property of Polymath Performance LLC.
- You are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal execution.
- You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, white-labeling, or repurposing our intellectual assets to construct a competing educational or coaching business. Any breach will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and aggressive legal enforcement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Polymath Performance LLC provides strategic education, executive frameworks, and lifestyle architecture tools. We do not guarantee specific income milestones, sports agency client conversions, or career transitions. Your professional performance relies entirely on your independent execution.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POLYMATH PERFORMANCE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and all disputes arising from your interaction with our infrastructure shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.
